Garden-Style Office Park Trades Hands

SAN JOSE, CA-Working in partnership with the private equity firm Lubert-Adler, ATC Partners of San Francisco pays $18.6 million for West Valley Executive Park, a 126,000-sf garden-style office building on the west side of San Jose that caters to small businesses and is about 30% vacant.
