Tower Obtains $60M to Fund Temple Residential Project

PHILADELPHIA-Groundbreaking for the 1,200-bed dormitory-style housing complex at 1600 N. Broad St., scheduled for next month, marks the entry of private development to complement the University’s $400-million expansion plan, already under way.
