Bankrupt ABSF Vacates 234,000 SF in Wanamaker Building

PHILADELPHIA-Once seen as a Center City prize, lured from the suburbs at great expense, American Business Financial Services exits the Wanamaker Building under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Space in the landmark is offered at $21.50 per sf.
