ATLANTA-The Georgia Department of Natural Resources says Barry Real Estate Cos. can go ahead with its planned 1.2-million-sf, 34-story Downtown venture providing the developer first cleans up chemically hazardous portions at the 1.8-acre tract four blocks from Centennial Olympic Park.
