Sunrise Senior Living Acquires Senior Housing Co.

MCLEAN, VA-Sunrise Senior Living commits to acquiring Irving, TX-based senior housing development and management company Greystone Communities Inc. in a transaction that could reach as much as $52.5 million. The deal will leave Sunrise with 14 existing property management contracts, and then some.
