Office Facility Atop Retail Center Goes for $61M

ARLINGTON, VA-Ballston Common Office Center, the 176,000-sf office building that caps the 578,000-sf Ballston Common Mall, finds a new owner as Forest City Enterprises Inc. acquires the 99% occupied office facility for $61.5 million. Forest City already owns the shopping center.
