Historic Office Building Sells for $37M

BOSTON-In its first venture here, Meritage Properties picks up a 12-story, turn-of the century building along the historic Freedom Trail in a $37.5-million sale. The building, which recently underwent a $7-million interior facelift, has about 50 tenants.
