East West Constructing $125M Glass House

DENVER-East West Partners-Denver is transforming the old, under-utilized railyards in the Central Platte Valley behind Denver Union Station into the $1-billion-plus Riverfront Park neighborhood. Until now, the Riverfront developments all have been some of the most expensive residential real estate in the metro area on a per square foot basis, but the company believes it has hit the sweet spot with its newest development, Glass House.
