University Apartments To Re-Emerge as Condos

WASHINGTON, DC-The former American University apartment property known as the Glover-Tunlaw Residence Hall is being redeveloped by its new owner into the Archbold, a 63-unit residential condominium building. The first units of the modernized mid-century structure are scheduled for delivery this September.
