DC Office Building Sells for $350 Per SF

WASHINGTON, DC-In a deal valued at $135.5 million, the Chester A. Arthur office building comes under new ownership. About 99% of the building is leased to the General Services Administration for the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters.
