K Street Office Brings in $242 Per SF

WASHINGTON, DC-Two years after it last changed hands, 1411 K St. NW comes under new ownership again in a $15.8-million deal. The nearly 65,300-sf office property, which was originally developed in the 1950s and renovated last year, fetched $10 million the last time around.
