Beacon Capital Buys Nearly all of Westfield's 3M-SF Office Portfolio

ROSSLYN, VA-A portfolio of 11 class A and B office properties totaling about 2.8 million sf finds a new owner. Beacon Capital Partners takes full possession of 10 of the 12 properties in Westfield Realty's Northern Virginia office portfolio and takes on partial ownership of the two remaining facilities.
