Data Firm Leases 14,500 SF in Georgetown

WASHINGTON, DC-Aaxis Technologies signs a lease for 14,500 sf of space for its new headquarters at the 110,000-sf office property. The 10-year commitment will allow the data management provider to consolidate its two local offices, while providing room for future growth.
