Construction Management Team Comes Aboard $62M Mixed-Use Project

FALLS CHURCH, VA-Plans for building Spectrum at Falls Church take a step forward with Waterford Development LLC's selection of Bovis Lend Lease to oversee pre-construction and construction activities for the mixed-use project. With residential condominium units, retail, office condominium space, and parking on tap, completion of the $62-million endeavor is scheduled for May 2007.
