500-Room Hilton Sells for $93M

ALEXANDRIA, VA-A $93.1-million transaction sparks the change in ownership of the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. Taking the property off the hands of Hilton Hotels Corp., the new owner, a joint venture involving Amstar Group LLC and Davidson Hotel Co., will also submit the hotel to a $9.5-million renovation.
