Construction of Innovation's First Spec Flex/Office Begins

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA-Construction gets under way on Buchanan Partners' three-building project at Innovation@Prince William. The 125,000-sf property, known as Innovation Business Center, will be the first offering of spec flex/office space at the 1,600-acre business park, and will cost the developer about $16.3 million to complete.
