Law Firm Expands Prelease by 25,500 SF

WASHINGTON, DC-Two years after signing a letter of intent to prelease approximately 155,000 sf at 1601 K St. NW, a multimillion JBG Cos. development that got under way last year, law firm Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham decides to expand its take in the 215,000-sf site by 25,500.
