ODOT Chief Takes Top Development Commission Post

PORTLAND-Bruce Warner, the current director of the Oregon Department of Transportation, will replace Don Mazziotti as executive director of the Portland Development Commission, the city’s urban renewal agency, which is awash in criticism.
