WASHINGTON, DC-Ground breaks on Anacostia Gateway, a 63,000-sf office structure with ground-level retail in the District's Anacostia neighborhood, which is currently being revitalized. The $19-million, class A building marks the first commercial development in the area in the last 15 years.
