Manufacturer Relocates HQ to 81,000-SF Space

DULLES, VA-Decking material manufacturer Trex Co. Inc. forsakes the Frederick County area for Loudoun County as it signs a lease for a new home at the Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center. The company will relocate its corporate operations to an 81,000-sf space in the 185,000-sf building.
