WASHINGTON, DC-The Washington, DC area office of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield brings in James M. Underhill to serve as executive managing director. Underhill, the founder and one-time president of the Staubach Co.--Northeast, comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Underhill Properties, which he founded in 2003.
