New Leases Bring Site to Full Occupancy

WASHINGTON, DC-The 155,000-sf office building at 1620 L St. NW reaches maximum capacity as lease agreements totaling about 51,800 sf are put in place. The leases include an extension and renewal by long-time occupant Greenstein, DeLorme & Luchs PC, which will now occupies 28,000 sf of space.
