Furniture Store Takes 16,000 SF in Georgetown

WASHINGTON, DC-Artefacto, a Brazilian home furnishings retailer, comes to the District with a commitment to 16,000 sf of space at 3333 M St. NW in Georgetown. The space accounts for about half of the 30,700-sf building, which is also home to a design firm.
