Investment Firm Preleases 24,600 SF at 1800 Tysons

MCLEAN, VA-The 320,000-sf building at 1800 Tysons Blvd., scheduled for delivery in the fall, clinches a prelease agreement as Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin commits to an entire floor of the 13-story building. The investment banking firm will relocate from 1750 Tysons Blvd. to 24,600 sf in the new building.
