Unico Continues to Color Itself Green

SEATTLE-Kick-starting a new city program, the locally headquartered real estate company agrees to purchase renewable electricity from the city equivalent to 8% of its electric needs. Earlier this year, Unico installed a green roof on one of its buildings in support of the Seattle Green Roof Evaluation Project.
