MCLEAN, VA-Ownership of the 68,500-sf office facility at 7601 Lewinsville Rd. changes hands in a $13.5-million transaction. The 18-year-old building, the former headquarters of luxury homebuilder and mortgage banker NVR Inc., has a current occupancy level of 70%.
