BOSTON-A recent Supreme Court ruling has spurred a Bay State legislator to sponsor a bill that would limit the power municipalities have to seize private property for private development projects. State Rep. Bradley Jones Jr., tells GlobeSt.com that the bill would strengthen the state's eminent domain law.
