Treasury Division Renews 323,000-SF Lease

WASHINGTON, DC-The US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency recommits to its home at One Independence Square, signing a five-year lease renewal for the entire 323,000-sf structure. The class A office building has housed OCC for 14 years.
