Glenborough Takes Capitol Place III for $70M

WASHINGTON, DC-Glenborough Realty Trust purchases Capitol Place III, the 212,800-sf office at 50 F St. NW, in a $70-million transaction. The 20-year old building, which is fully occupied, is part of the one-million-sf Capitol Place mixed-use property near Capitol Hill.
