Organization Takes 50,000 SF at Woodies

WASHINGTON, DC-The historic 500,000-sf Woodies Building at 1025 F St. NW gets a new office tenant with the National Endowment for Democracy's 50,000-sf lease. The organization will join the likes of the Pew Charitable Trust and the EPA on the office tenant roster.
