Host Marriott Will Acquire Hyatt Regency DC for $274M

WASHINGTON, DC-Host Marriott Corp. agrees to acquire the 834-room Hyatt Regency Washington, DC on Capitol Hill from an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. Host Marriott will pay $274 million for the property.
