CreateHope Relocates to 10,000-SF Space

WASHINGTON, DC-The 94,000-sf office building at 2201 Wisconsin Ave. gets a new tenant as CreateHope signs on for 10,000 sf. The workplace-giving solutions provider is relocating from its Bethesda, MD home to meet the qualifications for a venture-funding program.
