Newspaper Association Signs 37,000-SF Lease

ARLINGTON, VA-A new tenant is set to join the roster at 4401 Wilson Blvd., a 260,000-sf office building scheduled to deliver next year, as the Newspaper Association of America commits to a 37,000-sf space under a 10-year agreement.
