Sunrise REIT Will Buy Four Properties for $85M

MCLEAN, VA-Locally headquartered Sunrise Senior Living's Sunrise Senior Living REIT plans to snap up tour senior housing properties for $85 million. Sunrise already manages the properties and will continue to do so under Sunrise REIT's ownership.
