NFL Players Association Buys Office Building for $47M

WASHINGTON, DC-The 118,000-sf office facility at 1133 20th St. NW gets a new owner, as the NFL Players Association and NFL royalties division Players Inc. acquire the eight-story building in a transaction valued at about $46.9 million.
