Maritime Plaza Sells for $115M

WASHINGTON, DC-Maritime Plaza I & II, two class A office buildings totaling 345,600 sf, trade in a deal valued at $115 million, sources tell GlobeSt.com. The two-building complex, completed in 2003, last changed ownership early in 2004 in a $92-million transaction.
