Silver Commercial Plans $300M Office Park

STAFFORD, VA-A one-million-sf office compound is in the works on an 85-acre parcel of land near the Quantico Marine Base. Developer Silver Commercial expects to spend approximately $300 million to realize the project, which is being designed to accommodate defense industry businesses.
