Central Michigan U. Signs Estimated $4M Lease

ATLANTA-The 20,625-sf lease brings the Shadowood Building at 2120 Powers Ferry Rd. to 92% occupancy and gains building signage rights for the 113-year-old educational institution based in Mount Pleasant, MI. The school has had an Atlanta presence for 10 years.
