Perseus Acquires Medical Office for $33M

WASHINGTON, DC-Perseus acquires the medical office property at 2440 M St. NW for $32.9 million. Located near George Washington University Hospital, the 110,000-sf building is one of just a few dedicated medical office facilities in the District.
