Developer Plans $3B, 3,500-Acre Pocono Gaming Resort

POCONO MANOR, PA-Prior to the Dec. 28 deadline for Pennsylvania gaming license applications, Matzel Development agrees to acquire the 3,500-acre Pocono Manor Inn & Golf Resort for a mixed-use development that includes a casino.
