AREP Acquires Nevada Casino, Atlantic City Parcel for $170M

MOUNT KISCO, NY-“Indirect subsidiaries” of American Real Estate Partners enter into an agreement with Harrah’s Entertainment to purchase the Flamingo Laughlin Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV and 7.7 acres of mostly vacant land in Atlantic City for $170 million.
