City Taps Clark to Develop 28-Acre Mixed Use Project

MANASSAS PARK, VA-The city selects Clark Realty Capital LLC as the developer of the 28-acre project. Clark's plan calls for as much as 100,000 sf of retail space and 414 residential units.
