Home Properties Takes Adjoining Apartments for $172M

SILVER SPRING, MD-Home Properties takes title to neighboring apartment properties Peppertree Farm and Cinnamon Run for $172 million. The 1970s era multifamily communities, which account for an aggregate 1,392 units, will both undergo renovations.
