CHICAGO-Jones Lang LaSalle and two of its former executives have a window of opportunity to strike a redevelopment deal for a $250-million project that would add an 18-story tower atop the 80-year-old railroad terminal. It is the latest to attempt to bring Daniel Burnham’s vision to fruition.
