Duke Takes 3M-SF Northern Virginia Office/Industrial Portfolio

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Duke Realty Corp. signs an agreement to acquire a 32-building office and light industrial portfolio located from the Mark Winkler Co. The portfolio accounts for more than 2.9 million sf of space, in addition to 166 acres of undeveloped land.
