Gwinnett County Postpones $25M Shelter Project Vote

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA-Joint developers Touchstone Homes and Poole Mountain LLC have to wait until Feb. 7 for the county’s decision on their proposed two-phased, 967-unit townhome and single-family subdivision. Elected officials are concerned over new road needs and construction volume.
