Western Forge Subleases Factory

COLORADO SPRINGS-SCA is saving more than $1 million in real estate costs by subleasing a 93,666-sf manufacturing facility at 618 Garden of the Gods Rd. Western Forge, the new tenant, will use the space to manufacture screwdrivers and other hand tools for major corporations such as Sears Roebuck & Co.
