WASHINGTON, DC-Meany & Oliver Cos. Inc. nails leasing responsibilities for Mount Vernon Place, the 2.2-million-sf mixed-use project being developed in the Mount Vernon Triangle. Quadrangle Development Corp. and the Wilkes Co. are the developers.
