American Building Leases 133,000 SF in ProLogis Business Center

DENVER-American Building Supply inks a 133,000-sf lease in ProLogis’ 295-acre Stapleton Business Center at Interstate 70 and Havana Street. The Sacramento-based supply company selects the site to accommodate sales growth and future expansion plans.
