Exclusive Resorts Leases 80,000 SF

DENVER-Locally-based Exclusive Resorts is relocating its headquarters to the Park Central building at 1515 Arapahoe St. The new lease represents a 128% increase in size from its current 35,000 sf at the historic Sugar Building.
